Professional Dominatrix – First I have been a practicing professional dominatrix for over 30 years, but please do NOT let that intimidate you. Many people can be a bit apprehensive about exploring things that they do not understand, and I totally get that BDSM comes with a bit of a scary reputation. I see my BDSM skill sets as just another group of tools in my toolbox that can help me create a custom curated experience with you. Nothing is mandatory or expected except that you communicate with me what is working or not working for you. You have total control over what’s included or not included in a session.
I will say though that my extensive experience working with people crafting rollercoaster rides of pain and pleasure helped me to become especially adept at reading people’s energy, breath responses, facial expressions and body language, to help me tune into how they are doing from one moment to the next during our encounter. Staying totally focused on you every moment as I explore your body and responses is one of the things I do best.
Other qualifications –
Over the course of the last 3 decades, I have taken numerous courses, classes and trainings, to help further my personal and professional skills in various ways. Wherever possible I will include a link to the course but sadly some are no longer offered.
Here is a partial list.
Most recently, I became certified by ShamanicKink.com as a Somatic Kink Practitioner—a milestone I’m thrilled to celebrate! This achievement followed an intensive six-month program involving many hours of online training, culminating in a weeklong in-person intensive in Canada in September. Unfortunately, I was unable to attend the final intensive due to an unexpected border issue. However, my classmates and instructors recognized my commitment and determined that I had earned the right to graduate and receive the certification! They even had me “zoom” in for the class graduation photo. 🙂
I plan to repeat the course from March through September 2027 to deepen my understanding and continue learning from the remarkable Francesca Gentile and Shadi Terra. I’m excited to integrate this approach into my coaching practice and explore the ways it can further support my clients.

Barbara Carrellas & Urban Tantra – OMG I LOVE this woman and I am so proud to say that I took the Urban Tantra® Professional Training Program and received this stunningly beautiful certificate in 2025! I first met Barbara over 20 years ago at “kink camp” and she was teaching several classes and I quickly discovered that she also knew and worked intimately with my beloved Chester and that they had developed programs together. I knew I wanted to learn more. Over the years I have taken many classes with her including her full day workshop
Urban Tantra: Sacred Sex for the 21st Century that I would recommend to absolutely anyone. If you are curious about Tantra you should definitely check it out.

Breath Coach Training I took this truly fascinating course also is 2025. I have been using various types of breath work for many years but never understood all of the science and physiology behind what was actually happening in the body when implementing different breathing styles but Lucas helped me understand the science behind the magic!

The Body Electric School – I could never say enough good things about BE. They have literally changed my life and I have done as many workshops with them as I could over the years – some of them many times. I highly recommend them to anyone!
Celebrating the Body Erotic – Body Electric’s introductory course. I love this course and have been a participant and an assistant many times. It is now offered for all genders and identities.
Two Spirits – (multiple times) also through The Body Electric School One of my favorite extended workshops where we explored many different things that can be hard to define. We shared our stories, breathed together, explored erotic massage, made room for whatever came up, and breathed some more. My ex and I attended it together twice and eventually we were asked to assist a few times. I went on to assist at about 10 BE workshops. It was truly an honor.
Massage Intensives from The Body Electric School taught by the late great Chester Mainard. Chester was an amazing man, massage practitioner and teacher who is greatly missed and had a wonderful teaching style. I attended two 14 day intensive courses were certification classes in the state of CA – the first being basic massage techniques including effleurage, petrissage etc and the second course was geared towards Deep Tissue work but also spent a lot of time teaching the importance of breath both while giving and receiving a massage.
Sacred Intimate Training (https://bodyelectric.org/online-shops/sacred-intimacy-training/) This was an amazing course in so many ways and really helped teach me how to meet a client “where they are at” and hold space for them. The course I did was inclusive of men and women. Here is their current description: “This week-long intensive is an opportunity to dive into Sacred Intimacy, both as giver and receiver. Well seasoned faculty and staff will hold space for you to learn to deepen your embodied wisdom around using Eros as a healing modality; personally and planetarily. In this Sacred Intimacy training, all aspects of the self are welcome; which includes touch, dialogue, feelings, sensuality and sexuality to be negotiated, explored and honored. We define Sacred Intimacy as a conscious path honoring the erotic in body, mind, emotions and spirit. This will be a hands-on, experiential training for folks who are open to working with all expansive masculine bodies.”
Power, Surrender & Intimacy – another BE workshop that actually was an introduction to BDSM & power exchange. It is a great course for anyone new to BDSM (which I definitely was NOT at the time). or who wants to just deepen their understanding of power dynamics.

Like a Pro – Wheel of Consent – I took the 6 week online course Like a Pro Wheel of Consent and it was very interesting! “Like a Pro brings the transformative practice of the Wheel of Consent to professionals working with topics of consent, boundaries, relational intimacy, body sovereignty, trauma recovery, sexuality, communication, and touch. Originally developed for touch practitioners, the course has, by popular demand, expanded to include non-touch professionals like therapists, coaches, teachers, and workshop leaders.” This professional development training guides you into a personal somatic experience of The Wheel, and then teaches you how to integrate it into your practice, to make all your sessions safe, effective, and satisfying
Anatomy & Physiology 1 & 2 in Dutchess Community College. I was the ONLY professional dominatrix in a room full of nursing and pre med students but I felt like the more I knew about how the body worked, the more I could explore it safely.
Multiple Rope Bondage Intensives – Since bondage (especially rope bondage) is one of my primary loves I have taken classes, workshops and intensives with some of the most well known rope artists out there. Midori, Max Cameron, Lew Rubens, Lee Harrington. to name a few.
And I am still always learning more and adding to my knowledge base –
I am signed up for an immersive Non Violent Communication workshop starting on Oct 30th for 5 days to help myself and others get better at expressing my needs without shaming or blaming others in the process. I could hardly believe my luck that this course being offered for the first time in the United States is taking place 20 mins away in Litchfield CT!
